Olamide Brought Mohbad to me by 1am: Reminisce Shares Touching Story of Working With the Deceased

Nigerian rapper Reminisce stimulated emotions as he spoke about his later junior colleague Mohbad.

In a current podcast episode, the indigenous rapper showed that it was Olamide who introduced him to the deceased.

Reminisce spotlighted how the YBNL boss made sure he and Mohbad worked on his song regardless of his initial rejection.

Nigerian rapper Remilekun Abdulkalid Safari, popularly known as Reminisce, has shown the influence of his colleague Olamide on the career of the late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba known as “Mohbad”.

The indigenous rapper, during his current appearance on the Zero Condition podcast, revealed that it was the YBNL music executive who introduced him to Mohbad.

Reminisce mentioned that Mohbad was very happy to see him the first time they met and was ready to put him. On his Blessed EP.

However, Olamide rejected it and said it was best he featured on the Reminisces album.

Reminisce acclaimed that he didn’t do any talking when they met because Olamide was impatient with him working with the late singer, so he watched the process unfold.

The Science Student hitmaker guaranteed Mohbad worked on his verse for the indigenous rap lord. Mohbad was featured on Reminisces hit track Shina Peter’s, released in May 2023 four months before his death.

While Olamide took to Twitter to mourn Mohbad, DMW label Davido shared Mohbad’s picture on his Instastory.

Moreover, media personnel Do2dtun shared pictures of him with Mohbad and some colleagues at a show, as he wrote in his caption.
