Zamfara United are Ready for Nigeria National League(NNL) – Ishaku
The management of Zamfara United Football Club has guaranteed that it has all it takes to move to the Nigeria National League (NNL) with complete force, staying that redoubtable strategies have been arranged.
Addressing newsmen during a training session, James Ishaku who is the general manager of the team said he was confident that his team was adequately ready to compete for promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League.
James further said that the management of the Nigeria National League (NNL) had accepted Zaria Stadium as the home ground for his club because of the renovation of the Sarduana Memorial Stadium in Gusau, the State Capital.
He also said:
“Based on this, the team has been preparing for the league season with various preseason friendlies in Sokoto, Lagos, and Zamfara States”.
He went further to say that:
“Zamfara United football club will kick-start its 2023-24 NNL season against Nasarawa United at Lafia Township Stadium on Saturday, November 11, 2023”.
We should all know that the Nigeria National League (NNL) is the second-highest football club all over Nigeria in the Nigerian Football League system after the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
